Blanket surface flame tester
Blanket surface flame tester is designed and manufactured according to ASTMD 4151. It is used to conduct a short flame impact test on the surface of the specimen.

2, The igniter is manually controlled to rotate
3, The sample holder is made of aluminium alloy
4, The combustion gas adopts methane gas with purity of more than 97% (provided by the user), and the precision needle valve controls the flow rate to ensure the height and intensity of the fire.
5, Inlet gas pressure is 129+26mm water residence (17.2+3.4KN/m2)
6, Needle valve is installed in the gas pipe to adjust the flame height.
7, Flame height measuring device: Scale height 16mm+2mm.
