Horizontal vertical burning test machine
Technical characteristics:
1. The equipment is divided into two parts: the main engine and the ventilator. It can share one ventilator with multiple flame retardant equipment, which can make more effective use of resources and is easy to clean.
2. The main engine adopts upper and lower structure, which is reasonable in design, convenient in operation and delays aging.
3. Using 7-inch color touch screen + PLC display and control, the overall use is more stable and the operation is more humane.
4. Power supply: AC220V+10%/50Hz.
5. Gas or liquefied petroleum gas is used as the source of test flame (gas with better gas quality is recommended).
6. The inner diameter of the burner is 9.5+0.5 mm, and the length is about 100 mm. It has air-conditioning holes and the height of the flame is easy to adjust.
7. According to the standard requirements, it can be adjusted from 20 mm to 175 mm.
8. The flame application time and holding time can be adjusted in the range of 0-99 minutes and 99 seconds.
9. Test angle: 0, 20, 45.
10. Test mode: Different test modes have been pre-set by the equipment through program design, and only the corresponding ones need to be selecte during the test.
11. Test control: In horizontal direction, through cylinder control, the burner can leave the test sample quickly after applying flame.
12. Fume cupboard (A3 steel plate or S304 stainless steel can be used for cabinet material) has a volume of more than 0.5m3. The inner wall is sprayed with black matte paint, which meets the standard illumination of less than 20lx. It is more convenient to observe the test flame.
13. The volume of the fume hood is optional: A:0.5m3 B:0.75 m3 C:1 m3.
14. "T" means adding a flame temperature measuring device.
SH5331/32 (A/B/C)
1. The appearance of the equipment adopts modern streamlined design and glass door structure, and integrative design of test box and control box.
2. The technical parameters are the same as SH5321.
3. During the SH5322/SH5332 test, the sample can be moved up and down by the motor to ensure the distance between the sample and the flame position in the test to realize the sample following function.
