High Current Arcing Tester
Designed and manufactured according to the requirements of IEC60950 and other standards. Applicable to electrical and electronic products, household appliances and their materials for arc resistance performance test; simulation of different polarity between the charged parts or charged parts and grounded metal parts may cause leakage in the insulator; used to measure and evaluate in the specified voltage, the insulator's arc resistance performance.
Equipment features and structure
High-current arcing tester adopts one-piece structure, and the structural parts are made of stainless steel or brass.
Technical Parameters:
1, Power supply: AC220V±10%/50Hz.
2, Using a pair of test electrodes and variable inductive impedance load and - AC power supply connection. When testing, adjust the variable inductive impedance load.
The power factor is 0.5 and the short-circuit current is 33A.
3, The fixed electrode in the pair of electrodes is solid copper conductor, the parameter is φ3.5mm in diameter, the tip of the bevelled angle of 30°; the other mobile electrode is a stainless steel rod of φ3mm in diameter, the end of the conical angle of 60°, the electrode and the horizontal plane into 45°.
4, The separation speed of the movable electrode should be 254±25 mm/s. The head radius of curvature of the electrode should be <10mm.
5, Electrode head radius of curvature < 0.1mm.
6, Test voltage 220V-240V
7, Voltage accuracy: ± 3% ± 3 words
8, Current accuracy: ± 5% ± 3 words
9, The number of starting arc is about 40 times / min. (Voltage regulator input power supply is provided)

13, Arc test chamber has a door protection device, accidentally open the door during the test automatically cut off the power.
