The melting state of the polymer material was analyzed physically, and the melting state of the sample was detected at a certain temperature. Designed in accordance with the requirements of BS2702-7.
The melting drop tester is designed and manufactured based on the relevant requirements of 95/28/EC standards. It conducts physical analysis on the high molecule polymerization-material samples under a given temperature.
Technical Parameters:
1. The output power of the electrothermal radiator is about 1000W.
2. Sample bracket with aperture of 2.1㎜ and test bracket with distance of 30㎜ from heat radiometer.
3. The test sample is 70㎜*70㎜, the thickness is less than 13㎜, and the weight is less than 2g.
4. Configuration of ventilation cabinet. The wind speed is less than 0.2m/s.
5. Place in the ventilator during the test, the volume is at least 0.5m3. (matching)
6. The radiation surface is made of heat-resistant and transparent quartz glass.
7. The diameter is 100±5㎜.
8. Matching test control system, digital display test time and power.
9. Advanced stainless steel materials are used for equipment brackets and melting utensils. The inner diameter and depth of the melt container are 118㎜ and 12㎜ respectively.
