Description
Aerodynamic performance testing device
 
      The device is designed according to the requirements of IEC60665, IEC61591 and other relevant regulations. 
   
      The device is suitable for the aerodynamic performance, air flow test of an range hood hood.

      This device can measure the performance indicators such as air volume and air pressure (micro differential pressure) of the device under test, and choose to test the ambient temperature and pressure. Usually, the sampling points are located at 4-8, but can be individually identified according to the customer or the actual situation. The time interval for each change of working status is usually within 50S.

       If a software system is used, it can also be converted to a tester with a large amount of air pressure and efficiency indicators. It can also be based on test data to fit the characteristic curve.

 

Test chamber requirements:

  10. Equipped with a centralized computer measurement and control system, which can be switched to a different test program each time according to different type of product (only one specification can be tested at a time).
  11.  Air volume and performance test specification device, matching test A, B and C type combinations.
  12. Bulkhead type (Type A) consists of: booster fan, 2 resistance grids, rectifier, connector and orifice plate.
  13. Free inlet type (type B) consists of: connector, cross-type rectifier, pressure reducing cylinder, regulator and orifice plate.
  14. Free exhaust type (type C) consists of: orifice plate, decompression cylinder, connector and cross rectifier.
  15. Main body support, pressure equalization chamber.
  16. Flow nozzles in sets of approx. 5-6 sizes (depending on the actual air volume). Regulate according to the system settings.
