5、Adopt intermediate gas storage pressure tank _ (up to about 0.8-1Mpa), when the pressure of the gas storage pressure tank is less than the set value, the control system automatically starts the gas supply valve] to restore the system to the normal setting state of the gas storage pressure tank,
6、When the start signal is given, the device under test is inflated to the rated value, and the system is closed. At this time, the detection circuit tests whether the pressure change of the system meets the set requirements at a set time (exceeds the pressure deviation value) and gives the test result.
7、This device includes: a brand computer, pressure sensors, air compressors and gas storage pressure tanks, gas pipeline systems, solenoid valves, pressure reducing valves, and host computer software.
II.Software: (The following is a computer type description)
1. The computer software has a good man-machine dialogue function, which can display the change curves of all parameters in real time, automatic coordinate changes, and simultaneously enlarge and print various curve combinations and experiment reports in real time.
2. All curves and reports are automatically saved to the disk, and all test curves and various data can be queried through the query system.
