Description
The door life test is designed according to the relevant standards of IEC 60335-2-7:2016, EN 60335-2-7, and is applicable to the door opening test of the front (side) opening of the drum-type washing machine. The door is opened with a flexible connection to reduce the non-lifetime damage of the door itself and improve the accuracy of the test results.
The door interlock test is based on the relevant requirements of  Clause 22.104.It is suitable for life testing of interlocking parts of microwave ovens.The device automatically identifies the fault and automatically stops and alerts.
Function 1: Door life test

  15. When the door body is in an emergency such as complete shedding during the experiment, the arm should be able to stop working immediately and save the test data of the door body;

2 Structure description:
  1. The stepping motor is used as the driving mechanism to reduce the rotation of the flexible slide arm, and the door connecting device adopts the linear guide sliding and the rotating arm to ensure the flexible switch of the door.
  2. The driving arm is a basic balance weight mechanism to ensure that the torque applied to the swing rod and the motor is minimized during the test.
  3. The swing arm does not use the connecting rod crank mechanism, because the adjustment angle is inconvenient, and the rotation angle deviation is relatively large.
  4. Unlock the cylinder: air source: 6-8kg/m2 (self-provided air source); for the front panel or side panel with lock (button) front door test, straight cylinder simulation finger press button to unlock.Two pneumatic finger structures can be operated on three sides: vertical, inclined and horizontal to suit the characteristics of different washing machines.
  5. The boom can be moved up and down for samples of different heights.
  6. Opening direction: single direction, open from right to left (general washing machine general direction).
  7. Two sets of door clamps, one is a self-opening chuck with a flexible joint (using self-tensioning and opening and closing), and the other type of chuck comes with an auxiliary cylinder to pre-open and then rotate the door body.
3 Main work process:
Suitable for front opening or side opening and similar opening methods of drum washing machine doors.
  1. After the unlocking, the motor rotates to drive the switch door member to perform a reciprocating rotational movement, thereby completing the "opening and closing" of the washing machine door.Open the door in front of the drum washing machine.
  2. Place the washing machine at the base;
  3. Adjust the initial position of the swing arm and set the switch angle;
  4. Adjust the horizontal swing arm to the desired height
  5. Secure the door handle clamp (when the sample surface is opposite or non-smooth) or the vacuum chuck (requires a substantially flat smooth surface) to the door handle of the washing machine or to the door.
  6. During the test, it should be noted that the position of the sample placed on the swing arm is matched to ensure the opening angle of the opened door.

Function 2: Door interlock test:
1technical parameters:
1. Drive mode: share the structure with the door life machine.
2. Force range: 50-200n, door interlocking accuracy: ±1n.Open the door with a maximum of 5 times the initial test force and close the door with a maximum of 10 times the initial test force.
3. Under the rated voltage, the above force value range should not be opened normally without the aid of tools.The discriminating unit obtains a discriminating signal by interlocking with the system to perform state discrimination.
4. Test speed: 6 cycles / min, adjustable
5. Test count: 0000-9999 times can be set, the device will automatically stop after the number of times, with the accidental power-off data save function.
6. Test interval: 1~99m99s can be set arbitrarily.
7. Interlocking device power supply range: 50-270v adjustable.According to the setting, it can automatically determine whether the interlock device is invalid or accidental (the maximum number of errors can be determined)
