Pyrolytic self-cleaning oven spark generator
It is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of chapter 22.11 and 22.111 in IEC 60335 and UL858. Use to check the Pyrolytic self-cleaning ovens is constructed so that ignitable gases cannot be discharged through vents during the cleaning process, and shall be constructed so that there is no emission of flames during the cleaning process.
Tester composed by following parts:
1. Spark occurs electrode (pairs), using platinum electrodes.
2. Electrode moving element
3. Energy adjustment systems, energy control: Equipment send out 0.1s pulse wave to produce the shock energy.; Voltage and current apply time settable
4. Temperature detecting systems and intelligent control systems.
5. Sparks cycle:
By temperature :every 10-50K settable, or by time:every 999s settable, after reach the set spark temperature
