                                      Door and curtain fire resistance test device
 

Device Configuration:

Ⅰ. Burner

1. Power supply: AC380V ± 10% 50Hz.

2. Test temperature control: The furnace temperature control meets the requirements of T-T0 = 345lg (8t + 1). Measuring instrument accuracy: furnace temperature: ± 15 ℃;

3. Internal temperature of test piece: ± 10 ℃; Backfire temperature of test piece: ± 4 ℃.

4. Timing range: 0 ~ 300min, timing accuracy: <± 1s.

5. The pressure in the furnace meets: 5 minutes after the start of the test, the following positive pressure conditions should be reached in the furnace: Component—3m height in the furnace, 100 mm away from the surface of the test piece, the furnace pressure should be 15Pa ± 5Pa; 10 minutes after the test, the furnace should reach the Pressure conditions: component-at a height of 3m in the furnace and 100mm away from the surface of the test piece, the furnace pressure is 17Pa ± 3Pa. The fire door surface of the landing door sample maintains positive pressure over the entire height, and the pressure value at the sill remains within the range of 20 ± 2Pa, and the pressure gradient in the furnace is 8 Pa per meter.

6. Temperature measurement sensor: The performance, quantity and position of the thermocouples in the heating furnace meet the requirements in the standard.

Ⅱ.Second, the gas system

1. Gas and vaporization device: equipped with automatic switching valve for automatic gas switching; equipped with gas-saving device and equipped with flammable gas leakage alarm device.

2. Air source system: high pressure centrifugal fan + inverter is used to adjust the flow and wind pressure.

Ⅲ.Third, environmental protection treatment, fire alarm device

1.Flue gas spraying and environmental protection processing system: ≥5000 m3 / h, and the flue gas volume per hour is 4000 ~ 12000m3.

Ⅳ.Control analysis system

1. The test control system consists of a pressure sampling system, a temperature sampling control system, a signal acquisition system, a computer system, and a test and sampling circuit.

2. The electric signal generated by the thermocouple can be sent to the recorder or computer through the temperature transmitter or directly;

During the test, the average temperature, single- point temperature, and leakage are displayed.

3. The start of the test and the control of the process, the setting of the test parameters, and various test data are sent to the computer through the sensor sampling. The computer can automatically store and print it into a form (curve chart) after automatic calculation and processing. The software can automatically program control according to the temperature curve, and record the data such as furnace temperature, furnace pressure, and sample back temperature.

4. The computer measurement and control system provides query function. The system automatically stores the serial number, temperature curve, and data of the test sample into the database in the system; and can input the serial number and test date of the tested sample for query. Equipped with standard RS- 232 interface or USB interface. Monitor the pressure difference of the measuring device and the ambient atmospheric pressure. The device has a safety protection alarm function and an over-temperature protection alarm function.

5. SH5729B elevator door test needs to detect the leakage of smoke and gas. The system uses CO2 as the tracking gas, measures the gas concentration at the heating furnace and the airflow measurement point, and calculates the leakage of hot gas through the elevator landing door by monitoring the airflow speed and temperature.
