Electrical Lab Instrument Universal Cone Shape Calorimeter Heat Test/Testing Equipment
The test control system is composed of temperature sampling control system, thermal radiation tester, signal acquisition system, computer system, and reasonable test and sampling circuit. When the system finds the safety problem signal, it can feedback the system in real time and take the safety measures of emergency automatic shutdown. It is convenient to realize the start of test items, the control of test process, the setting of test parameters, the transmission of all kinds of test data to the computer through sensor sampling, and the computer can store or print tables (graphs) after automatic calculation and processing. The software can automatically program control according to the temperature curve, and record the data of furnace temperature, furnace pressure, back temperature of test sample, etc. The system automatically stores the number, temperature curve and data of the test sample into the database of the system, which is convenient to query.

3. The routine test method is horizontal use;(optional vertical test mode of purchased products).
4. Temperature control system: PID temperaturecontrol, three thermocouples measuring the temperature of radiation cone, with a diameter of 1mm.
5. The exhaust system is composed of fan, smoke hood,air inlet and exhaust pipes of fan, orifice flowmeter, etc.
6. The flow range of exhaust system is 0.012m3/s ~0.035m3/s.Gas sampling system: including annular sampler,
sampling pump, filter, cold trap, exhaust gas discharge, moisture filter and C02 filter (optional).
7. Including ignition system: 10kV spark generator (with safety protection device).
8. Smoke density measurement system: there is no such requirement in GB / t16172, is05660 has the requirement of smoke density measurement system, and the curve can be displayed on the computer. Equipped with 1 set of standard filter.
9. Measure the weight change of the test material during the test process through the high-precision load-bearing sensor. The test range is 0 ~ 2000g, and the resolution is 0.01g.
10. Safety alarm system (over temperature alarm, gas leakage alarm and leakage safety protection).
11. Optional: multichannel gas analyzer; heat flow meter: 0 ~ 100km / m2.
