SH5141 AI Glow Wire Tester
The SH5141 AI Glow Wire Tester is designed in accordance with IEC60695-2-10. The standard-based glow wire tip simulates the thermal stress produced by glowing elements or overload resistors and assesses the sample’s fire hazard characteristics. The test is applicable to the materials in electronics products, household appliances, etc.

AI Flame Detection & Auto Timing I. The Sunho AI Visual System would detect the exact moment of flame ignition/extinction II. The Ti(ignition) Te(extinction) would be simultaneously recorded, and the test result(flame-duration time) would be automatically calculated and displayed. AI Temperature-Rise & Maintenance I. Before the test, the glow wire tip would be automatically heated to the test temperature(preset on screen) in 3-5min. II. During the test, the Sunho AI Circuit could minimize the test temperature error by quickly responding to the I-V fluctuation.
