Technical parameters:

1. Performance parameters include: heat release,smoke production, flame transverse propagation and combustion of droplets and particles.

2. The combustion performance of the sample is evaluated through the test process of 20min.

5. The test device includes combustion chamber, control room, sample rack, frame, burner, gas collecting hood, collector and conduit, smoke exhaust system and conventional measuring device, gas supply control device, smoke density test system, gas analysis test system and data collection and analysis device. The overall structure includes single room with steel structure and external wall with plate installation, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly and has modern design aesthetic feeling.

6. Laboratory size: 3.2m × 3.2m × 2.5m, with a door for the sample trolley to enter and exit.

7. Commercial propane gas shall be used for the test, and its purity shall be more than 95% (provided by the gas user).

8. The burner consists of two right angle sand box burners. One is located on the bottom plate of the trolley and one is fixed on the trolley frame.

9. The ignition source is a 31KW propane right angle sandbox burner (side length is 250mm, height is 80mm) placed in the vertical corner of the trolley. Some parameters can be measured automatically. The exhaust pipe is equipped with sensors to measure temperature, light attenuation (smoke density), mole fraction of O2 and CO2, and air flow in the pipe that causes pressure difference. The volume velocity, heat release rate (HRR) and smoke production rate (SPR) are calculated automatically. The smoke density measurement system can measure the smoke density during the test.

10. Flue gas composition analysis system, which can measure O2 and CO2 composition (optional).

11. The sample is installed on a small cart, which is equipped with two mutually vertical non combustible plates, one of which is 1.5m high and 1.0m wide, the other is 1.5m high and 0.5m wide.

12. Smoke exhaust speed: 0.50m3/s ~ 0.65m3/s.

13. Environmental temperature measurement in the laboratory: 1 mm diameter K-type armored thermocouple, environmental pressure measurement: ± 200Pa

14. Temperature measurement of exhaust duct: imported K-type armored thermocouple with diameter of 0.5, accuracy: 0.5 ℃.

15. High precision pressure sensor for exhaust duct, with accuracy less than ± 2PA.

16. Time recording system accuracy: 0.1s.

17. Test time: 1-30min.

18. The computer operation software has a good human-computer interface. Data is easy to record and search, test data and display curve can be printed.

19. Main configuration list: multi channel gas analyzer (optional), smoke density measurement system, smoke exhaust system, laboratory, test car, main and auxiliary burners, measurement and control system, including temperature and pressure and control parameter control, data acquisition system, computer, printer (optional), air compressor (optional).
